Software shipped fast. No theatrics.

Senior engineers based in New Delhi, India, building products with founders.

    Our Story

AlgoSmiths was started by engineers who'd been on the wrong side of bad agency projects — long timelines, junior devs, and invoices that kept growing. We built the agency we wished had existed.

We're based in New Delhi, India. Every project is run by a senior engineer, not an account manager.

Our model is simple: fixed price, fixed scope, weekly demos. You always know what you're getting and when. If something changes, we tell you before it hits the invoice.

    Our Vision

To be the agency that founders recommend to other founders — because we shipped on time, at the price we quoted, and built something that actually worked.

    Our Mission

Build fast, build right, and be honest about what we can and can't do. Every client gets a fixed-price quote, direct access to their dev team, and weekly demos — not promises, working software.

    How we work

Not values we put on a wall. Things we actually do.

    Fixed-price, fixed-scope

We quote once and stick to it. If something changes, you know before the invoice does — not after.

    Senior engineers only

No juniors on client work. The person writing your code has shipped production software before.

    Working software over status updates

You see a live demo every week. No slide decks, no roadmap theatre — just software you can click.

Honest about what we can't do

We'd rather lose a deal than take a project we can't deliver on time. We say no when we mean no.

    Speed as craft

We ship in 4 weeks because we plan well upfront, not because we cut corners. Pace and quality aren't a trade-off.

    Where we're based
